The best steak sandwich and fries. Located in the center of downtown Montreal Quebec. A beautiful hotel of course.
After a long day of travelling, all i wanted was comfy pants and hoody, with yummy food. Which is exactly what we got, room service!!
I had a flank steak sandwich (yes i said flank, its very enjoyable if cooked properly). Very beefy, and tender, the fries must have been home cut, they were thick, fresh and hot, served with tiny bottles of mayonnaise, Dijon and ketchup. Joe had the Reuben, stacked high with juicy sliced Montreal smoked meat, melted swiss, dijon, served on toasted light rye. Very good.
If you are not up for room service, then just step into Le Cafe Bar, and enjoy the view through the windows that go up to the ceiling, while you munch on your fries..

P.S. Just went back to this place a year later and had the exact same steak sandwich with fries, it was almost better! Still very good, love the consistency <3
